- A 2-D floor plan of your room
- Furniture and Decor sourcing
- One 3-D Rendering
- A One-Hour design meeting with Ryan
- Live edits - if edits exceed beyond the timeframe, renderings will be sent via email afterwards
- Complimentary Design Coordinator - Ryan will be the point person for any special orders placed through his vendors.

- Room makeovers are priced by room use (see below)
- Open Concept plans (Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen all in one space) will be priced as two separate zones. Living/Dining combo and Kitchen
